Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Club Oxygen Resorts, expanding market presence, and achieving business targets for Ooty and Thekkady. The role requires regular travel to Thekkady and Ooty to coordinate resort-based sales promotions, events, and customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for Club Oxygen Resorts
  • Develop and manage a network of sales channels, corporate clients, and referral partners.
  • Conduct presentations, client meetings, and promotional events to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resort teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with resort sales teams at Thekkady and Ooty for joint promotions and events.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for submission to the COO.
  • Identify local business opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, ethical sales practices, and brand guidelines.
  • Travel extensively within Kerala and to Thekkady and Ooty as part of business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, timeshare, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
  • Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil preferred).
