Production Engineer

• Support production activities under the guidance of senior engineers and managers.
• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling based on instructions.
• Coordinate with stores, procurement, and maintenance teams for timely availability of materials, machines, and tools.
• Maintain and update basic production records, checklists, and reports.
• Prepare and follow job-wise checklists (Hydro Test readiness, machinery, tools, tackles, etc.) as instructed.
• Learn to identify critical processes, materials, or tools for each job and support preventive/corrective actions.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
• Monitor shop floor activities, highlight delays/issues to seniors, and support corrective actions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, use PPE properly, and support safety audits.
• Learn lean manufacturing principles and contribute to process improvement ideas.
• Support efforts to minimize scrap and rework in welding, fit-up, and other processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and present progress to seniors.
• Actively learn company procedures, industry standards, and production best practices

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Education: B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
• Gender Preference: Male Candidate
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of production experience are eligible.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on shop floor and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong learning attitude with commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
