About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage financial operations for TheHireHub.ai’s SaaS business. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, combined with the ability to work closely with leadership on strategic financial planning.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, revenue visibility, and scalability as the company grows. The ideal candidate will bring a structured mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining robust financial controls and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance for a SaaS business.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support business growth.
• Monitor SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors to ensure timely audits and filings.
• Establish and improve internal financial controls, processes, and documentation.
• Support leadership with financial insights for pricing models, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a small finance team or external accounting partners as the business scales.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to align revenue recognition and billing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with

  7–10+ years

  of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition, subscription billing, and unit economics.
• Experience handling or mentoring small teams or managing external vendors.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and financial modeling skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with HRTech, SaaS, or technology startups.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as

  Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / NetSuite

• Exposure to automation, dashboards, or finance tech tools.
• Stable career progression demonstrating consistency and ownership.
