Here's what you will get to explore:

a. Financials:

standalone and consolidated financial statements

· Manage annual financial close processes across multiple entities.

inter-company eliminations, currency translation, and reconciliation

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.

· Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

b. Global Account Payable Operations:

· Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance with approval matrices, payment terms, and internal control policies.

· Drive AP process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

· Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.

c. Audit – Internal and Statutory:

· Support preparation of audit schedules, notes to accounts, and management representations.

d. Procurement:

· Ensure procurement activities are aligned with budget approvals and company policies.

· Work closely with business teams to optimize costs and negotiate commercial terms.

· Establish and monitor procurement controls and compliance with delegated authority.

e. Team & Stakeholder Management:

· Lead and mentor AP, and procurement team members.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, F,P & A and AR teams.

· Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc finance requirements.
