Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our construction business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction sector, ensuring financial discipline, project profitability, and strict statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Accounting & Cost Control: Oversee project-wise accounting, monitor budgets vs. actuals, and implement cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage daily fund flows, project financing, and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and annual financial statements to senior management.
• Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of statutory and project-specific audits.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Review and approve subcontractor bills, ensuring accurate accounting for work-in-progress (WIP).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in TallyPrime/ERP systems and MS Excel (for financial modeling and project tracking).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction-specific accounting standards.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive business decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
