Finance ManagerThe Finance Manager is responsible for Accounts Payable and overall Financial Management contributions to support the end-to-end delivery of finance activities for a globally recognised banking and financial services sector client to enable the achievement of their real estate goals. The role will carry out a variety of end of month accounting and finance-related activities and will be required to liaise effectively with facilities, finance, real estate services and project management peers, both within India and regionally.About the role:

- Communicate vendor issues to Operations and Sourcing leads to drive efficiencies and mitigate risk.
- Review vendor invoices daily in various AP processing stages.
- Work with the Finance Operations Hub (Philippines) to prioritize invoices nearing due date.
Validate Saving Initiatives
- Work with procurement to review saving initiatives pipelines.
- Work closely with procurement teams to validate savings.
Other
- Assist with the development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for various financial aspects of the business.
- Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events.
- Perform any other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.
- Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience.
- Take ownership of the Contract Change Control review process.

About You
- Business level English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Commerce/Finance/Accounting graduate with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a finance manager or senior property accounting role – CA or equivalent post-graduate qualifications will be viewed favourably.
- Demonstrated experience working with large data volumes.
- Experience working with regional teams will be viewed favourably.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
