Finance Manager

We are looking for a strategic, detail-driven Finance Manager who goes beyond spreadsheets and compliance—someone who understands that finance is the backbone of smart decision-making. This role is ideal for a professional who can translate numbers into insights, safeguard financial health, and actively contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability metrics
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, regulatory filings)
• Lead cost optimization and financial control initiatives
• Support leadership with financial insights, MIS reports, and scenario analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely closures
• Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Mentor and manage junior finance and accounts team members

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CMA / MBA preferred)
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• High integrity, ownership mentality, and attention to detail
