Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow Planning • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring optimal liquidity. • Coordinate with the Sales team for accurate revenue data and with other business units for expenditure particulars. • Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to determine fund requirements for smooth operations.

2. MIS & Reporting • Collaborate with Sales and Business teams to prepare monthly budgets. • Track actual vs. budgeted expenses, analyse variances, and ensure financial discipline. • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to top management and work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions.

3. Compliance & Governance • Ensure adherence to all statutory and tax regulations, including TDS and GST compliance. • Coordinate with auditors for tax planning and audit requirements. • Coordinate with the Company Secretary for Secretarial Matters when required • Work closely with Bankers and Financial institutions for Commercial Borrowings and Loan requirements • Drive the accounting process, guide the accounts team, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for financial reporting.

4. Investor Relations • Prepare and present quarterly financial performance reports and business updates to investors and stakeholders.

5. Financial Modelling & Forecasting • Develop financial models for various business scenarios and forecasts across different segments. • Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, AP/AR processes

• Proficiency in Tally

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets working ability (pivot, MIS, dashboards)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight timelines

• High attention to detail, integrity, and documentation skills Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

• CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred, not mandatory)

• 8 years of experience in finance & accounting

• Experience with SaaS, subscription billing, or recurring revenue models is a plus
