About the Role: MediSim VR is designing how medical professionals learn and practice through immersive, skill-based VR training. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in telling that story. From digital campaigns and product launches to student activations and press coverage, you’ll shape the brand narrative and growth strategy at every touchpoint. We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategist and storyteller—who can build sharp campaigns, write scroll-stopping copy, and manage execution across teams and channels. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Growth Lead both B2B and B2C campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, optimizing for lead generation and engagement. Identify and act on opportunities to position MediSim VR as a thought leader in immersive medical training and edtech innovation. Brand, Content & Storytelling Own the voice of the brand across all platforms – website, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and event collaterals. Plan and execute high-impact campaigns for product launches, VR lab inaugurations, partner collaborations, and student activations. Oversee the production of high-quality multimedia content – case studies, testimonials, product explainers, and influencer collaborations. Double-check every piece of content to keep it clean, on-point, and typo-free. Digital & Performance Marketing Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms to grow community engagement and institutional visibility. Analyze digital campaign performance (Meta, Google, LinkedIn ads) and improve based on data-driven insights. PR, Events & Institutional Outreach Drive media relations and press outreach to gain coverage in healthcare, startup, and tech verticals. Collaborate with partner colleges and government stakeholders to create joint communications and impact stories. Plan and manage events, conferences, roadshows, and product demo sessions at campuses and summits. Team & Vendor Management Review and approve all outward-facing content and marketing assets. Work with external vendors (designers, video teams, influencers) and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.. Manage marketing budgets, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate partnerships when required. Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in healthcare, SaaS, edtech, or tech-driven industries. Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, event execution, and brand storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and design. Proficient in using tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar. A curious and agile mindset with a passion for emerging tech and healthcare impact.
