Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, and strengthening our market presence through strategic and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and campaigns

Brand & Communication

  • Strengthen brand positioning across all platforms (digital, print, exhibitions, catalogs)
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
  • Oversee creation of brochures, catalogs, presentations, videos, and website content

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing channels including website, SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Plan and execute online campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support conversions
  • Develop marketing materials and product launches to support sales efforts
  • Track and report marketing ROI and lead performance

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events
  • Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, and pre-/post-event marketing

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage internal marketing team and external agencies (designers, digital agencies, printers)
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing/export sectors

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in international markets is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,546.99 - ₹70,000.00 per month
