The Candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our Social Media Management, Brand Development, Content Development, Campaigns, Audience Targeting, Prospecting, Sales Engagements, Growth Marketing, Media Ops, & overall Digital Media Operations . Proficiency in many social media platforms Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar. Experience as a social media manager at a similar company. Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms. Firm grasp of digital media tools and its integrations. Passion to Pursue lead generation, conversion marketing, and client acquisition . In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of campaigns. Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts. Flexible and engaging writing style. Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics. Appreciation for novel insights and ideas. Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones. PROCESS ORIENTATION : Champion the value proposition of our global platform and suite of growth services. Develop and manage robust processes & systems to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Proactively identify potential clients through effective strategic initiatives & share with the Team. Explore and penetrate new growth territories and markets to expand our reach. Detail-Oriented Brain! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop Growth Strategy Own creating social media content. Coming up with ideas for ways to promote upcoming content pieces, campaigns, and any other announcements ensuring content resonates with the customer and the brand. This includes creating written content, graphics, and videos ranging from several seconds to several minutes. Own the social media content calendar and planning process. Planning, managing, and coordinating the content calendar, researching upcoming relevant news, events, or holidays. Leading weekly or biweekly social content brainstorming sessions. Own community management. Responding to and engaging with our community across social media platforms, primarily X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as responding to client communications. Experiment and use data to inform strategy. Extract insights and learnings from each social channel and from your time engaging with our community, use these insights to inform our social strategy. Advocate for our community. Within BIZBoost you are aware of our social media community’s perspective on various things from our product and culture and act as an advocate internally to make sure their perspective is taken into account. Keep up to date with industry trends. Ensuring to keep on top of changes and new features across platforms and easily share those updates with BIZBoost’s audience on social media and within the company. Be a strong BIZBoost voice: Adopt BIZBoost’s voice and tone across content work and ensure that anything published on any social channel is a good fit for BIZBoost’s brand and voice. Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, networking & research. Lead and Orchestrate Operational Excellence : Take charge of managing and optimizing various operations, including Strategy, Design, Content, Campaign, Growth, Digital Media, Marketing, Networking, Community, Sales, Management, B2B, Business Development, Platform Development, and Analytics. Execute operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring each area is systemized neatly and functions seamlessly within the overall business structure. Innovate and Automate Processes : Continuously innovate and implement automated processes to ensure that BIZBoost’s operations are not just efficient but extraordinary. Your focus will be on creating a disciplined operations engine that supports BIZBoost’s vision of serving, selling and growing even while the team is asleep. Strategize and Empower Teams : Execute Ops with precision. Your leadership will be key in aligning your efforts with team efforts alongside BIZBoost’s shared vision and purpose, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Systemize and Streamline Operations : Ensure that all of your daily operations are systemized and streamlined, creating a disciplined and extraordinary engine that supports BIZBoost’s goal of continuous growth. Your ability to organize and direct the team will be critical in maintaining an automated and scalable system. Drive Impact Through Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute operational strategies that align with BIZBoost’s overarching goals. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in creating a cohesive and scalable system that enables the company to sell and grow even during off-hours. Experience creating social media graphics and short-form video content, like Instagram Reels. Experience using tools to plan and collaborate on social media posts with several teammates. Experience engaging with a community on social media and building relationships online. Excited and energized at the prospect of spending the day-to-day creating, scheduling, and posting content as well as engaging with our community on social media. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: You care about producing content that will resonate with a broad global audience. Ability to create engaging content and ensure a consistent brand voice. Strong understanding of important social media metrics and data. Bias towards action with an ability to have a high output in the form of creating social media posts. Experience with Marketing Communications Must be able to join immediately. Must be able to communicate & convince fluently with our international prospects & potential clients. Must be familiar with International Exposure, Audience & Global Ventures Must have high-energy communication skills (verbal & digital) Fast Learner & Adaptive Mindset in CRM, sales strategies & tools.
