Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of digital marketing strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: Shopify Website Management: - Ensuring the Shopify store is well-organized and updated with products for easy access by customers. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining Shopify apps to improve website functionality. - Regularly checking pricing, stock levels, and pin-codes to maintain website accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction. - Addressing customer care team queries related to website issues and order discrepancies. Affiliate Marketing: - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with affiliate partners. - Assisting affiliates with account setup, performance metrics, and billing inquiries. - Streamlining reporting and validation processes to increase returns and operational efficiency. Reporting & Analytics: - Generating detailed reports on website sales, performance metrics, and key insights regularly. - Utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing website functionality and improving affiliate marketing return on investment. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and any graduate qualification. The position is based in Ahmedabad with working hours from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.,
