Role & responsibilities 1. Social Media & Community Management Manage and grow our company's presence across key platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Develop and execute engaging monthly content calendars, overseeing all post scheduling and monitoring audience engagement. Be the voice of Urban Tailor online, responding to comments and DMs with our signature elegant and helpful tone. Coordinate influencer collaborations and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads). Monitor analytics (using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. 2. Brand & Content Execution Maintain and enhance the Urban Tailor brand identity across all communication platforms. Ensure consistent tone , visual elements, and messaging in all marketing materials. Work with designers and the Marketing Manager to create marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and digital assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite . 3. Marketing Campaigns & Analytics Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive leads. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, workshop) to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Track campaign performance , analyze key metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Conversions), and prepare clear reports with actionable insights. 4. Event & Partnership Support Assist in organizing brand events, pop-up exhibitions, and promotional activities in Hyderabad. Identify and research potential local partnership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. Preferred candidate profile Must-Haves: Education: A Bachelor's degree in BBA-Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or branding, preferably in a D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brand. Technical Skills: High proficiency with: Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). video editing skills for creating Instagram Reels Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram). Google Analytics . MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing funnels, and analytics platforms. Personal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
