ob Role: Marketing Executive – Floor Polishing Tools & Polishing GridsScope of Work / Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Identify and research potential customers, including cleaning contractors, facility management companies, marble & granite polishing services, and hardware tool distributors. Collect and maintain a database of prospects and existing customers for targeted marketing campaigns. Product Promotion & Awareness Promote our range of floor polishing tools, polishing grids, and related accessories to new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and samples to potential customers. Highlight product benefits such as durability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and polishing quality. Sales & Client Relationship Management Meet monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed orders. Maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales support, and product updates. Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines. Marketing Activities Plan and execute marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, email, social media, trade exhibitions, and local networking events. Distribute brochures, catalogues, and other promotional materials to target customers. Gather customer feedback to improve product positioning and promotional strategies. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports for management review. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
