- Own and deliver Month-end and Year-end targets as per KPIs shared by onshore team
- Ensure timely achievement of financial and operational commitments.
- Conduct quality checks on data entry work performed by technicians.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy within the Document Management System.
- Perform data quality investigations by reviewing company documentation in shared drives; log queries, follow up, and escalate exceptions as required.
- Oversee and monitor handling of premium queries related to Unallocated Cash, Funding, and Retentions.
- Assist with and process complex premium cases as required.
- Engage with Divisions, Agents, and Insurers to ensure premium settlements within agreed TAT.
- Assist in monitoring and completion of exception reports.
- Execute follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Undertake ad-hoc operational tasks as directed by the Group Manager.
- Act as deputy for colleagues during absences, including managing email queries and other responsibilities.People & Team Management
- Improve process effectiveness and efficiency to generate measurable cost savings.
- Deliver at least 1 Customer/WNS impact project within the team.
- Ensure ISO and contractual audit compliance through root cause analysis, remediation, and preventive controls.
- Maintain strong governance with timely closure of audit findings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate managerial reports for senior leadership.
- Develop graphs, charts, and visual aids for departmental presentations.
- Maintain error, query, and work logs with timely and accurate MIS reporting.
- Provide insights from data to support decision-making.
- Maintain monthly absenteeism ≤ 9%.
- Monitor and reduce No Show % through proactive interventions.
- Identify and train at least one backup resource for business continuity.
- Achieve ≥ 80% cross-functionality within the team.
- Ensure fair workload distribution and effective shift planning.
- Deliver 16 hours of training per quarter (12 hrs Development + 5 hrs BPET).
- Track training coverage at 3 hours per staff per quarter on a pro-rata basis.
- Encourage continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and career development.

- Graduate with 5-7 years of proven experience in Operations management.Experience
- Desirable experience in the London Market, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end policy life cycle and Insurance Broker’s Accounting (IBA) process.
- Proven experience in an accounting environment within the financial services or insurance sector
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in client-facing roles, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness
