Deputy Manager - Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering and operating the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Your duties will include accounting for all materials and supplies, auditing goods received into the warehouse, overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and preparing schedules for shipping and receiving to regulate warehouse space. You will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and operate the organization's warehouses - Process, package, and store supplies, materials, and equipment - Account for all materials and supplies - Audit goods received into the warehouse - Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials - Prepare schedules for shipping and receiving - Regulate warehouse space - Ensure effectiveness of operating procedures - Utilize space efficiently - Maintain and protect facilities and equipment Qualifications Required: - Seasoned professional individual contributor - Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Experience in managing projects/processes - Capability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals - Problem-solving skills for difficult and complex challenges - Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures - Solutions-oriented mindset for technical and business matters - Creativity and ingenuity in championing projects and initiatives - Leadership role in the work group - Specialist in technical or business skills - Customer focus with the ability to develop lasting customer relations - Four-year college degree or additional relevant experience - Minimum 5 years of functional experience, including 3 years of specific experience - Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems,
