Deputy Manager - Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Shipping & Logistics operations and ensuring that client deliverables are achieved. Your key accountabilities will include conducting process training, in-depth knowledge of Incident Management, proactive team management, guiding and mentoring staff, managing client escalations effectively, planning and managing workforce under high pressure environment, driving Quality & Efficiency projects, talent identification and grooming, and implementing corrective actions as required. You will need to have a strong attention to details, excellent presentation and communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and methodical thinking.
