Deputy Manager - Operations

Role Overview: As a Training Manager at WNS, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of training managers and trainers to ensure the effective implementation of training programs. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving the training initiatives and ensuring continuous knowledge management for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - People Management: Lead and mentor a team of training managers and trainers to meet objectives and deliverables effectively. - Training Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive process training plans tailored to the organization's needs. Assess and enhance the effectiveness of training materials. - Execution and Oversight: Execute training deliverables, conduct audits, performance knowledge transfer calibrations, and training needs assessments for employees. - Monitoring and Improvement: Track training progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored training to enhance performance. - Certification and Development Programs: Organize certification programs and workshops for auxiliary trainers. - Process Improvement: Review and revise standard operating procedures in consultation with clients to align with best practices. - Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to training governance mechanisms, prepare training reports, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators. - Client Relationship: Engage in regular discussions with Onshore regarding performance and issue handling, especially with LATAM clients. Qualification Required: - Any graduate with a minimum of 12 years" experience in management. - Experience preferably in a large-scale environment with 40-50 employees. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - Comfortable with night shift timing and client handling.,
