Deputy Manager - Operations

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and optimal performance across all departments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions to streamline workflows. - Managing and reporting on operational metrics using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. - Leading cross-functional teams in project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Using business intelligence tools to generate insights and guide decision-making for business strategy. - Actively participating in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. - Providing leadership and mentorship to the team to promote a collaborative and results-driven work environment. - Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to services. - Working with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the effectiveness of operational processes and customer service. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, focusing on healthcare operations if applicable, and proposing improvements as needed.
