Job Description

Role Overview: As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and operating the organization's warehouses. This includes processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will be in charge of accounting for all materials and supplies, auditing goods received into the warehouse, overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Your role will also involve preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Additionally, you will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and operate the organization's warehouses - Process, package, and store supplies, materials, and equipment - Account for all materials and supplies - Audit goods received into the warehouse - Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials - Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials - Control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space - Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures - Utilize space efficiently and maintain and protect facilities and equipment Qualifications Required: - Seasoned professional individual contributor - Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Experience managing projects/processes - Capability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals - Problem-solving skills for difficult and complex challenges - Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures - Provide solutions for complex technical and business matters - Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives - Creativity and ingenuity in problem-solving - Assist more junior staff members with their job aspects - Leadership role in the work group - Knowledge in a specialized area - Ability to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers - Specialist in technical or business skills - Customer-focused with the acumen to cultivate lasting customer relations - Four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field - Minimum 5 years of functional experience including a minimum of 3 years of specific experience - Ability to make a significant contribution to processes and systems,
