Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners in line with Zeron’s strategic objectives. Design and execute outreach strategies and partner recruitment campaigns. Manage the full partner onboarding lifecycle and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
  • Relationship Management & Enablement: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. Lead and deliver enablement initiatives, including product and sales training, competitive positioning, and technical workshops. Ensure partners are equipped with all tools and resources necessary to drive sales success.
  • Joint Business Planning & Revenue Growth: Co-create business plans with partners to set revenue goals, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies. Identify co-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the pipeline and boost closed-won deals. Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including direct sales, marketing, and product, to align partner strategies with company-wide objectives. Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to influence product development and GTM efforts. Represent Zeron at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and compensation plans. Track KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, deal registrations, and enablement participation. Ensure all channel activities align with Zeron’s partnership policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel account management, channel sales, or partner development in the SaaS industry.
  • Preferably experienced in cybersecurity and/or selling into the India and US markets.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and scaling revenue through channel partners. Strong understanding of channel models, ecosystems, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) as required.

  • Established network of channel partners in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PRM tools).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.
