Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ensure smooth internal operations, and support our teams with robust, secure, and scalable technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of company IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and security tools.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enforce cybersecurity policies, endpoint security, and best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and support audits.
• Manage helpdesk support for employees across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee asset management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement IT service management processes (incident, change, problem management).
• Administer cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Ensure secure access controls, user provisioning, and license management.
• Lead and mentor IT support engineers/associates.
• Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and evaluate new technology solutions.
• Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with Zeron’s growth and cybersecurity goals.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives for improved efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring performance, security, regular updates, and content management support.

Key Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-3 years of progressive IT experience, with 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, internal cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. 
• Experience with IT governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Windows/Linux server administration
• Active Directory, SSO, MFA
• Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
• ITSM tools (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
