In this role as an experienced and strategic IT Manager at a Listed Company in Thane, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, security, and team. Your primary focus will be to ensure alignment of IT strategies with business goals while maintaining robust, secure, and scalable technology operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives in line with business objectives. - Manage and maintain secure IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and data centers. - Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity. - Oversee IT security policies, risk assessments, and compliance with standards such as ISO and GDPR. - Lead software development, application deployment, and technology upgrades. - Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT assets/services. - Support end-users, resolve technical issues, and uphold high service standards. - Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, encouraging continuous improvement.
