As the IT Manager, you will lead the IT team in addressing day-to-day IT issues across multiple campuses. You will supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networking infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of LAN, WiFi Access Points, CCTV, Firewalls, Biometric Devices, and other related systems. - Foresee maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, Interactive Display Boards, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and upgrades. - Possess strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems. - Ensure security of institutional data by implementing security protocols and ensuring software licensing compliance. - Prepare and manage IT Department's budget, oversee IT equipment procurement, and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets. - Support smart classrooms, projectors, video conferencing tools, and e-learning platforms. - Lead IT Projects including system upgrades, Network architecture design, and new software implementations. - Act as a liaison between the IT department and academic/administrative departments to ensure technology-related regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. - Experience in the information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems. - Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.,
