Position Summary The Manager IT will be responsible for managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure and network operations for the corporate office and Taco Bell outlets across India. This role involves end-to-end ownership of IT systems, vendor management, procurement coordination, and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system reliability, and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management Oversee complete IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points for corporate and store locations. Ensure stable and secure network connectivity across all Taco Bell outlets PAN India. Manage VPN setup, endpoint security, patch management, and data backups. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for IT assets and systems. Handle troubleshooting and escalation for network, hardware, and software issues. Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and service partners to ensure uptime and performance. Manage cloud computing platforms and virtualized environments (VMware, Azure, or similar) for optimized resource utilization and scalability. 2. Vendor & Procurement Coordination Coordinate with existing IT vendors and identify new vendors for upcoming requirements. Obtain quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and assist in vendor finalization. Draft and review IT-related service agreements, AMC contracts, and procurement documentation. Monitor vendor SLAs, renewals, and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage IT asset procurement, deployment, and inventory tracking across locations. 3. Business Central Application Management Act as the internal SPOC for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Liaise with the Business Central vendor for issue resolution, new feature creation, and process enhancements. Support business teams in resolving functional or technical issues within the system. Participate in testing and rollout of new modules or updates. Maintain documentation for system configurations and enhancements. 4. IT Operations & Support Provide remote and onsite IT support for corporate and outlet teams. Manage user lifecycle operations (account creation, access rights, email setup, etc.). Oversee endpoint management, antivirus administration, and user compliance policies. Ensure data security and adherence to IT policies and standards. Prepare periodic reports on IT health, incidents, and asset utilization. 5. Project & Team Coordination Support new outlet openings and IT setup from planning to go-live. Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) for IT enablement. Coordinate with service partners for implementation and support activities. Assist in annual IT budgeting, procurement planning, and cost optimization initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN, firewall configuration, and VPN setup. Hands-on experience with Sophos / Fortinet Firewalls , Active Directory , Office 365 , Azure AD , and endpoint management. Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems. Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under minimal supervision. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics (or related discipline). Minimum 812 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network support, and vendor coordination (experience in retail or QSR preferred). Certification in Networking / Firewall / Microsoft Technologies (preferred). Key Attributes High ownership and accountability. Strong service orientation and proactive approach.
