Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff including hiring and training, and ensuring food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
Leadership abilities and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry is preferred
