Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating financial records Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Assist with Accounts Receivable – preparing bills/invoices, following up on payments Maintain petty cash records and handle reimbursements Reconcile bank statements and ledgers Assist with month-end closing activities Help prepare financial reports for management review Ensure all financial transactions comply with hotel policies and procedures Coordinate with other departments for billing or payment clarifications Support internal and external audits Maintain confidentiality of all financial data Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
