Technician ( Hotel Experience)

Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and effective manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records for all equipment and tasks performed. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed. Assist in installation of new equipment or systems as required. Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Provide recommendations for improving maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
