Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender located in Mumbai. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Our philosophy is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and sophistication. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service. Tasks include managing staff schedules, training new hires, monitoring food and beverage quality, day-to-day service of food and beverages, recommending food and beverages to customers and maintaining communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
