Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender, based at Toast Pasta Bar in Mumbai. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages, craft signature cocktails, and provide exceptional service to guests. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards while delivering a seamless dining experience. Collaboration with other staff to create a welcoming environment for customers is key.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage service with knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail crafting
• Experience in Bartending with the ability to operate bar equipment efficiently
• Familiarity with Cash Handling and completing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in a dining environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Previous experience in a fine dining or bar establishment is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality are preferred
