Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender position located at one of our properties in Kochi. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while ensuring exceptional service standards. Key duties include crafting cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, taking and serving guest orders promptly, and managing bar inventory. The role also requires building rapport with guests to create memorable experiences and adhering to all safety and hospitality standards set by Marriott International.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in beverage preparation, including crafting and mixing cocktails, and understanding various drink recipes
• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and ensure a welcoming environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining a clean workspace and managing stock efficiently
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations and adherence to hospitality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time during busy shifts
• Experience in a similar role, and formal training or certifications in bartending or food and beverage service are an advantage
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
