Key Responsibilities: ·      Strategic Leadership: Lead, develop, and execute state-level recovery strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and growth initiatives. ·      Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of recovery professionals across regions. Ensure team adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical practices. ·      Performance & Reporting: Monitor recovery targets, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of set KPIs. Provide periodic reports and insights to the corporate office, highlighting challenges and opportunities. ·      Stakeholder Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, partners, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Address escalations, legal concerns, and complex cases with professionalism. ·      Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, local laws, and company policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and reputational risks. ·      Business Development: Explore new opportunities within the state to expand client base and service offerings. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.   Qualifications & Experience: ·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
