Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Franchisee Support:

Liaison with Franchise Owners: Act as the primary point of contact between the central office and franchisees, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring adherence to the brand's guidelines.

  • Operational Guidance: Provide ongoing operational support to franchisees, including help with setting up new branches, implementing curriculum, and resolving day-to-day issues.

  • Training & Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for franchise staff, focusing on best practices in preschool management, curriculum delivery, and customer service.

  • Quality Assurance: Regularly visit franchise locations to audit operations, ensuring that each branch is maintaining the standards of the brand in terms of education quality, safety, and overall management.

Admissions Management:

Admission Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost student enrollment across all franchise locations, including marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and community engagement.

  • Lead Management: Oversee the lead generation and follow-up process for prospective students, ensuring that franchise teams handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.

  • Admissions Support: Provide direct support to franchises during the admission process, assisting with open houses, school tours, and parent interviews.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze admission data to identify trends, measure the success of marketing initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to improve enrollment numbers.

Communication & Reporting:

Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management on franchise performance, admission rates, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and curriculum development, to ensure franchisee needs are met comprehensively.

  • Feedback Loop:* Establish a feedback loop with franchisees to gather insights on challenges and opportunities, and communicate these back to the central office for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Standardization:

  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all franchisees comply with the companys policies, educational standards, and legal requirements.

  • Standardization: Help maintain consistency across all franchises in terms of educational quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Crisis Management:

  • Problem Resolution: Address any operational crises that arise within franchise locations, providing support to franchisees to resolve issues promptly.

  • Conflict Mediation: Mediate disputes between franchisees and the central office, or between franchisees and their customers.

6. Marketing & Branding

  • Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting the Shanti Juniors brand in new and existing markets, ensuring that marketing efforts align with franchise needs and local market conditions.

  • Local Marketing Support: Provide guidance to franchisees on local marketing efforts, including digital marketing, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Typically requires a degree in education, business management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in franchise management, educational administration, or a related field.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple franchises and stakeholders.

  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret enrollment trends and make strategic recommendations.

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a customer service or educational setting.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and staff.
