What will you drive?
- Establish and optimize Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance.
- The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and deliver regular reviews.
- Be responsible for planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory.
- Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.
- Coach and develop direct reports.
- Implement performance plans according to company protocol.
