Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and in addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by Career Point University, Kota. Follow up with the students and help them fill out the application form or visit the CPU. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students/ working professionals. Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large seminars.

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive B2C sales of our recorded lectures, online test series, and live class programs. You will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, understanding their academic needs, and recommending suitable products to help them succeed. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound/outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or CRM tools to convert them into paying customers. • Product Consultation: Understand the learning requirements of students and suggest suitable courses (recorded videos, live classes, or test series). • Sales Closure: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively. • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure. • CRM Management: Update lead information and call logs regularly in the CRM system. • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to understand market demand and share insights with the product/marketing team. • Demo Sessions: Schedule and conduct demo sessions when required. • Cross-Selling/Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional offerings to existing customers. Key Requirements: • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Sales or Marketing background is a plus). • 1–3 years of experience in B2C telesales or inside sales (EdTech domain preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident and persuasive over phone/video calls. • Basic understanding of education systems like CBSE, State Boards, NEET/JEE preparation, etc. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquared, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office. • Target-driven and self-motivated.
