Zonal Manager

As a Zonal Manager (3rd Line Manager) for one of the leading Pharmaceutical Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in Kolkata covering the East Zone and Bangalore covering Karnataka & AP/ Telangana. Your role will involve reporting to the National Head and managing the sales team in the respective zones. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the sales team in the assigned zones - Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors Qualifications Required: - Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Zonal Manager in a reputed pharmaceutical company - Exposure in Cardiac/Cardio Diabetic segment will be preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment If you are passionate about driving sales and have the required experience, we encourage you to send your updated resume to jobs@careerpointplacement.com.
