Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Zonal Manager – Flow Sales to lead and drive sales operations for radiology equipment across the assigned zone. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, channel management, and achieving zonal revenue targets for products including X-ray, C-arm, and Ultrasound systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage zonal sales operations for radiology equipment (X-ray, C-arm, Ultrasound)

Drive flow sales strategy to ensure consistent revenue generation across the zone

Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of zonal business goals

Build, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams

Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and key hospital accounts

Strengthen relationships with corporate hospitals, diagnostic chains, and key decision-makers

Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing to define effective sales strategies

Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and CRM updates

Coordinate with service, product, and operations teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: 15+ years of sales experience in Radiology Equipment

Mandatory exposure to X-ray, C-arm, and Ultrasound product sales

Proven experience in zonal / regional sales leadership roles

Strong understanding of flow sales, channel sales, and institutional sales models

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zone
