A typical day in this role involves: - Experience in SMT Process, Electronics products assembly process, Wave Soldering Process, Manufacturing Process Instruction, Work Instruction Creation PFMEA, Process Flow Creation, Process Improvements. - Equipment engineering or manufacturing engineering working experience in EMS. - Skills in PCBA process, including Stencil, Printing, SMT, wave-soldering, assembly, box build. - Knowledge of Machine Programming such as SPI, AOI, P&P, X-Ray. - Initiating and implementing actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of SMT process in compliance with customer requirements, technical equipment specifications, and internal procedures. - Providing testing and inspection activities, reports to customers. - Collaborating with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. - Proficiency in Fixture Tools design software like Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc. - Strong knowledge in Manufacturing tool designing process, recognizing manufacturing processes, technologies, techniques, and products. - Defining, implementing, and evaluating proposed designs and processes for manufacturability, along with developing and maintaining process documentation. - Continuous development of manufacturing techniques to enhance in-house capabilities and efficiency. - Participating in activities related to cycle time and process improvements, working with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for new products and processes. - Direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering, capable of performing root cause analysis and problem resolution. - Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing principles. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with other engineering team members to enhance existing designs or processes. - Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook. The ideal candidate for this position should have: - 4 to 6 years of experience with qualifications in BE, ECE, EEE, E&TC, E&I. - Good English communication skills. - Experience in the Manufacturing/Engineering industry, preferably in electronics. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook. - Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. - Openness to working night shifts. Role & responsibilities Reads the request form, check all patient information like name, age, history & checks that the investigation ordered & Billing is clear Checks that the investigation ordered is in RIS. Appraises the patient on nature of investigation. Informs the patient relative/ nurse/ attendant to be in waiting area till the investigation is done Prepares the patient (if required) before conducting the X-ray/ Fluoroscopy study, positions the patient and the X-ray tube as required. Uses the correct film size & set the appropriate exposure factor KVp ,mAs Places the identification maker on the cassette (for portable x-ray) Exposes the film & Process the film and take a print out in case of computerized radiography/ digital radiography. Transfers the images to PACS Assess radiographic anatomy & assess for overall density & contrast level. Puts barcode on the film and the folder & puts the film in the right folder Gives the film to the radiologists for reporting/ to the patient/ floor/ dispatch room, as the case may be & make appropriate entries in the RIS. Carries the portable x-ray apparatus and take radiographs of seriously ill patients across the hospital. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be Diploma in Radiology or B.SC in Radiology. Candidate must have experience of atleast 3 Yrs + experience.
