Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager located in Kochi. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple retail outlets within the assigned zone. Daily tasks include coordinating with store managers, ensuring sales targets are met, implementing marketing strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves recruiting and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
