Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales, distribution, and retail expansion across assigned districts Manage and guide Area Managers, Sales officers & Merchandisers Build strong distributor relationships and ensure consistent supply chain flow Implement state and regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals Monitor performance metrics and reporting discipline across field teams What We’re Looking For: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales & distribution (preferably FMCG), with at least 5 years in a senior role managing multiple districts Must be based in Kottayam Graduate degree mandatory; MBA or equivalent management degree prefer Strong team leadership, communication and territory management skills In-depth knowledge of the Kerala market and distribution ecosystem Fluency in Malayalam & English is essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales Achievement: Quarterly and yearly regional sales targets Distribution Strength: Expansion and performance of channel partners Product Availability: Ensuring full range presence across GT/MT Reporting & Planning: Accurate forecasting, stock flow and reports Team Management: Mentoring and evaluating performance of field teams Market Visibility: Activations and branding execution at the local level
