- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with the company’s needs.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and provide them with necessary information.
- Facilitate follow-up and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance on interview techniques and best practices.
- Assist in decision-making by providing relevant candidate insights and recommendations.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates at every stage.
