Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with the company’s needs.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and provide them with necessary information.
  • Facilitate follow-up and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in decision-making by providing relevant candidate insights and recommendations.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through various channels.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates at every stage.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
