The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals across various domains including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics. This role demands a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers alike. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes Stay current with IT industry trends and talent market dynamics Promote employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle 🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing Familiarity with IT roles (e.g., DevOps, Full Stack, Network Engineer, Cloud Architect) Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Zoho Recruit) Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines 🌟 Preferred Qualifications Technical certifications or coursework in IT or networking Experience recruiting for datacenter or edge networking roles Exposure to global hiring practices and remote talent acquisition 🚀 Why Join Us?
