✔ Experience only in Staffing Firms

✔ Exposure to C2H or Permanent Hiring

❌ No Corporate / In-house HR profiles

❌ No US IT Recruitment

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Identify and source candidates for specialized IT roles (Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java, Salesforce, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical skillsets.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand client staffing requirements.
• Align recruitment strategies with business needs and project timelines.

• Recruitment Process Management

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

• Market & Technology Awareness

• Stay updated on emerging IT skills and frameworks to target niche talent pools.
• Use ATS platforms, Boolean search, and modern recruitment tools to optimize hiring.
