• ATS tool/BPO hiring experience is mandatory.
• Experienced in roles like: SDM/Customer support requirements, Voice hiring Service Desk/Customer service/Product support.
• Does the talent have Minimum exp range 2+ Years in respective area/domain of recruitment.
• Usage of ATS platforms to source, schedule, initiate documentation, offers, UAN validations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in respective area/domain of recruitment.

Required Skills

• Good in hiring for Voice roles.
• Experience with ATS tools.

Preferred Skills

• BPO hiring experience.
• Experience in Customer support and Service Desk roles.
