Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the organization's hiring needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, building strong employer branding strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Collaborating with internal teams, the candidate will also contribute to maintaining a strong talent pipeline and aligning hiring practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Employer Branding to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting to assess and select high-quality candidates effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an asset.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. No experienced are preferred.
