Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & technical positions
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, walk-ins, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards/reports
• Ensure a smooth & positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Work in a fast-paced hiring environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Good understanding of software development roles, technologies & skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal & coordination skills
• Proficiency with recruitment tools & job portals
• Immediate joiners preferred
