Role Description This is a full-time on-site Talent Acquisition role located in Mengio. As part of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and building candidate pipelines. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies and improve employee onboarding experiences. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates. Human Resources and Onboarding: Experience in HR operations, onboarding processes, and candidate experience enhancement. Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills. Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects, analyze hiring trends, and use data-driven approaches. Proficiency with HR tools and software platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset. Relevant experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
