IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for

  C2C (Corp-to-Corp)

  positions
• Source, screen, and submit candidate profiles for contract and full-time IT roles
• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors and consulting partners
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network to support ongoing hiring needs
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and candidates
• Ensure compliance with C2C hiring policies and required documentation
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding status
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1.2 – 2+ years of experience in

  IT Recruitment

• Proven experience in

  C2C hiring and vendor management

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
