• Managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals
• Screening and shortlisting profiles in line with role requirements
• Conducting initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinating interview schedules with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Maintaining recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases
• Managing offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination
• Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (HR specialization preferred)
• Freshers and experienced professionals may apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
