Talent Acquisition

• Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end sales hiring, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using industry sources and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create robust sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Lead client update meetings on active searches and hiring progress.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools

• Profiles having experience in sales Hiring , working at client end and interacting with multiple stakeholders are preferred .
• Those having the ability to deal with Medical devices or equipments will be added advantage
